About the workshop
Join us to awaken and come into the body and connect with the abundance of blessing, love and belonging our wise and well ancestors are just waiting to bestow on us.
At this traditional time of the first harvest in the turning of the wheel we will dance, spend time learning about how to orient to our wise and well ancestors to bring healing to ourselves, our families, our lineages and our world.
All are welcome and there is no need to have any previous experience of dance as there are no steps to learn, just an invitation to move with what is already in motion in your being.
The day includes a delicious vegetarian meal by Studio Feasa. This workshops is limited to a small group of 13 persons.
The Facilitator
Catherine Dunne
Catherine is an Ancestral Lineage Healing practitioner and has trained in Movement Medicine as well as being a Psychotherapist and supervisor with 35 years of clinical experience. This work is a culmination of all she has found helpful to live in a more resourced, fulfilled and interconnected way.
