Waters of the Womb
Join us for a day retreat of movement, conscious dance and stillness to connect with our wise nature and creative source energy.
On the approach to the feast day of Mary Magdalene - a woman who embodied the divine feminine principle on earth - we will engage with Womb Presence somatic practices to awaken the sensual body and enliven the potency of the womb centre.
Water is life, movement is life, and when we are in flow we feel balanced, resourced and nourished in ways that allow us to meet life's ups and downs from a grounded and centred place.
Open Floor movement is an embodiment dance practice that supports us to be authentic in our lives through connection to our body wisdom. For this retreat we will deepen into the intuitive intelligence of our elemental waters, to dissolve what no longer is serving us and encourage our free and natural expression.
As numbers for this retreat are limited and they are usually fully booked it is recommended to book your place early.
All stages of cycles and physical womb situations are welcome, we will be engaging with the energetic and spiritual intelligence of the centre which remains present after surgery or organ removal.
€115 includes a delicious lunch made by Roisin.
