About the workshop

Join us for this small group journey. We will anchor ourselves in the body, move, dance, meet and welcome Brigid as Goddess, Saint and Ancestor.

Brigid has many faces and aspects. We will invite her to share her mantle of protection and her perpetual flame with us to protect, bless, guide and embolden us for the year ahead. You will also be guided to meet her in whatever aspect is most helpful to you.

We are living in strong and challenging times. Brigid is, and has been, an extraordinary guide and ally for us and for our ancestors. Join us in the magical surroundings of Studio Feasa for a day of safe embodied ritual and replenishment with Brigid at the helm.

The day will ring from 11am-5pm and will include lunch and time to feast and be together in community as well as time to dance, reflect and orient to the year ahead from this point of the emerging Spring. We look forward to welcoming you.

The Facilitator

Catherine Dunne

Catherine is an Ancestral Lineage Healing practitioner and has trained in Movement Medicine as well as being a Psychotherapist and supervisor with 35 years of clinical experience. This work is a culmination of all she has found helpful to live in a more resourced, fulfilled and interconnected way.
