Sovereignty and stepping into the core of the authentic self is a key component of Coire Sois work. It is anything but light and fluffy and not for the fainthearted.  This workshop on the theme of Sovereignty will use all the above components with a particular emphasis on stepping into our power in alignment with the Sovereignty Goddesses of Ireland especially Ériu, Medhbh, Áine and the Cailleach.
